It is run by Teddy Legbedion and Patrick Osaghae originally non- fashion graduates but with a cutting edge for afro centric style attitude, who have been able to carve a niche for ourselves in the highly competitive style industry. Haven taken part in many successful international shows and presentations with ethical production as its guidelines. It is a label which is highly inspired on the re- looking of cultural events, arts and folklore. We have been inspired from the vibrant colours in cultural events, the deep etched in nature and the ever changing colours of the seasons. It is more of an African rebirth thing in our continual adaptation of western fabric to soothe African sartorial needs while still maintaining its proudly African look. We can proudly say that ‘’Blokes’n’Divas’’ was born out of a need to redefine style. A label that seem tireless in creating its AFRO –CHIC look for the style oriented individual. Haven achieved undisputed celebrity status and a house hold name, blokes'n'divas still aims to make the afro chic look one that is not continentally restricted. |
